Grove House, Swindon

Planning for 1 large property — Back Garden

This project was an exciting project for Natalie and Julie, mainly due to the beautiful area and the high end design we were able to go for. Grove House had a very large garden with only half of it being used and the other half being left overgrown. We had excellent access and the new property was hardly visible from the road. With our architect we were able to design a beautiful home which got sold to a self builder who wanted to build their dream property.

Cornmoor Road, Whickham

Knockdown Development Site

Cornmoor is a knockdown development Ella has done situated in Gateshead. Currently a single detached unit, planning permission has been submitted to build two pairs of semi-detached properties. Given that the majority of properties in this area are semi-detached homes for professionals and families, this development will seamlessly integrate into the surrounding environment.

Conway Gardens

Backland Development Site

Conway Gardens is a backland development Ella has done located in Enfield, comprising four semi-detached units. The housing in this area predominantly consists of semi-detached homes for professionals and families. Planning is currently in progress.

Shirley Church Road

Backland Development

This backland development Ella has done is situated in Croydon. Access to the development is provided between two houses, utilising a portion of two back gardens. Planning permission is in progress for two x 3-bedroom bungalows, as detached properties are in high demand in this area.
